摘　　要：土地经营权入股公司响应了党中央号召,顺应了乡村振兴大潮,有效整合土地、资金、劳动力等生产要素。但在实践中出现的评估作价、利益分配、风险分担及退股等问题亟待解决,因此推动期货下乡、保险下乡,构建多元化利益分配机制,搭建农村股权交易平台等措施刻不容缓。The acquisition of land management rights into the company responds to the call of the Party Central Committee,conforms to the trend of rural revitalization,and effectively integrates production factors such as land,funds,and labor.However,the problems of valuation,interest distribution,risk sharing,and stock withdrawal that have emerged in practice urgently need to be solved.Therefore,it is urgent to promote futures and insurance to rural areas,build a diversified interest distribution mechanism,and build a rural equity trading platform.
