控规单元尺度城市更新的交通碳排预计算研究

摘　　要：我国已进入城镇化的后半程,存量城市更新以及我国提出“双碳”目标的国际承诺,标志着城市建设将主要以存量更新和低碳转型规划发展为主。国内外关于交通碳排的相关研究较多,但针对控规单元尺度城市更新的碳排计算研究则存在着缺失与不足。选取控规单元尺度为研究范围,城市更新规划设计方案的碳排预计算作为主要研究对象,通过对常用的计算方法框架和四种具体方法的分析,进行比选和确定,确定城市更新规划设计方案交通碳排预计算方法为基于单位面积出行率的计算。综合运用定量研究及系统分析方法,选取实证地块,进行控规单元尺度城市更新的交通碳排预计算,对计算结果进行深入分析和探讨,最后提出结论,并指明未来研究的方向。As China entering second half of urbanization,the stock urban renewal and international commitment of‘Double Carbon′will be the basic background of China′s urban construction,which indicates that the urban construction will mainly focus on stock renewal and low carbon planning for the transformation and the development.There is a lack of research on carbon emission calculation for urban renewal at the unit scale of regulatory detailed plan despite many studies have been conducted.The research selects the unit scale of regulatory detailed plan,takes the carbon emission pre⁃calculation of urban renewal planning scheme as main object of research,comparison and determination are conducted through analyzing the framework of commonly used calculation methods and other four specific methods.The method of calculating the carbon emission of urban renewal planning is based on the transportation rate per unit area.Combining quantitative research and analysis system methods,selecting the empirical parcels to carry out the traffic carbon emission pre⁃calculation of urban renewal at the unit scale of regulatory detailed plan,discussing the results in depth and conclusions and insight for future research are provided.
