摘　　要：藏医药是我国重要的传统医学。“佐太”是藏药中最具代表性的炮制品,是用来配制多种珍宝类藏药制剂的主要原料之一,在藏药体系中发挥着重大作用。由于“佐太”成分复杂,含有诸多重金属物质,在现代医学临床的应用和推广受到一定的限制。本研究对近年来有关“佐太”的化学成分、作用机制研究、安全性研究、应用研究进行综述,旨在为“佐太”进一步的研究提供参考。Tibetan medicine is an important traditional medicine in China."Zuotai"is the most representative concoction in Tibetan medicine,which is one of the main raw materials used to formulate many kinds of precious Tibetan medicine preparations and plays a significant role in the Tibetan medicine system.Because of its complex composition and the presence of many heavy metals,the application and promotion of"Zuotai"in modern medical clinics are somewhat restricted.In this paper,we review the chemical composition,mechanism of action,safety and application of"Zuotai"in recent years,with the aim of providing reference for further research on“Zuotai”.
