摘　　要：本文通过文献综述、案例分析等方式,分析了新产品开发过程质量管理工具,以及汽车开发设计的具体步骤和操作流程,对汽车的外形设计、内饰、质量等方面也提出了更高的要求。目前,汽车行业的市场竞争十分激烈,中国品牌需要持续突破,打开国际市场,确保企业的可持续发展。为此,企业需要加快新产品开发设计的脚步,重视其中的内容,保障整个开发过程质量管理的稳定性。只有企业重视新产品开发过程中质量管理工具的使用,分析整个开发设计过程中出现的问题,才能确保最终开发的新产品能够满足用户需求,在不断减少时间成本和人力成本的基础上,保障企业的可持续发展。Through literature review,case analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes what quality management tools are available in the new product development process,and analyzes the specific steps and operation processes of automobile development and design,and puts forward higher requirements for automobile appearance design,interior decoration,quality and other aspects.At present,the market competition in the automotive industry is very fierce.Chinese brands need to continue to break through and open up the international market to ensure the sustainable development o£enterprises.Therefore,enterprises need to accelerate the pace of new product development and design,pay attention to the content,and ensure the stability of quality management in the entire development process.Only when enterprises attach importance to the use of quality management tools in the process of new product development and analyze the problems in the whole development and design process can they ensure that the new products finally developed can further meet the needs of users and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises on the basis of continuously shortening time and reducing costs.
