摘 要:本文分析了阴极保护的原理,并以某输油站场为例,探究了区域阴极保护设计思路、方式选择和实施过程。该输油站内被保护体多、分布复杂、电流需求量大,站场建设初期设计时,选用了强制电流阴极保护法,但由于站内管线交叉、结构复杂,强制电流法存在保护不到的盲区,所以选用了牺牲阳极作为辅助保护来实现双重保护,使通电电位符合设计要求,输油站内设备设施和管线达到最佳的保护效果。In this paper,the principle of cathodic protection is analyzed,and an oil transmission station as an example,the regional cathodic protection design idea selection and implementation process were explored.The protected body in the oil transmission station has a large demand for complex current distribution,the forced current cathodic protection law was selected in the initial design of the station construction.However,due to the complex cross structure of pipelines in the station,there are blind spots that cannot be protected by the forced current method.Therefore,sacrificial anode is selected as auxiliary protection to realizes double protection,so that the current potential meets the design requirements,so that the equipment facilities and pipelines in the oil transmission station achieve the best protection effect.
