摘  要:针对钢铁厂热连轧机工作中普遍存在负载扰动等问题,本文设计了一种基于模糊PID的钢铁厂热连轧机主传动控制系统。主传动控制系统的硬件选择交-交变频同步电机作为动力装置,选择三相交-交变频器作为变频装置。主传动控制系统的软件引入盲源分离技术处理热连轧机产生的复杂且不明确的振动信号,引入模糊PID控制技术实现热连轧机的主传动控制。实例分析结果表明,本文设计的系统可以在一定时间内将热连轧机控制在稳定运行状态,具有响应快、自适应性强等优势。In order to solve the problem of load disturbance in hot strip mill in iron and steel plant,this paper designs a main drive control system of hot strip mill based on fuzzy PID.The hardware of the main drive control system selects the AC-AC frequency synchronous motor as the power unit and the three-phase AC-AC frequency converter as the frequency converter.The software of the main drive control system introduces the blind source separation technology to process the complex and ambiguous vibration signals produced by the hot strip mill,and the fuzzy PID control technology to realize the main drive control o£the hot strip mill.The analysis results of the example show that the design system can control the hot strip mill in a stable running state within a certain time,and has the advantages of fast response and strong adaptability.
