摘　　要：有别于教育部直属高校,地方高校在实验室安全方面存在经费、意识、人才等因素局限,如何提升地方高校实验室安全建设及管理水平是地方高校关注的重点,本文分析了地方高校面临的局限和问题,提出从建设制度体系、加强实验室安全教育、狠抓检查督查、提高危险源防控等措施入手,提高实验室安全管理水平,降低安全事故发生率,解决地方高校实验室安全管理的问题,促进地方高校实验室安全水平的进一步提升。Local universities face limitations in laboratory safety due to funding,awareness,and talent shortages.Therefore,improving laboratory safety construction and management levels is a critical focus for these institutions.This paper analyzes the limitations and challenges faced by local universities,proposing solutions to improve laboratory safety management.Specifically,the paper recommends starting by building a robust laboratory safety system,strengthening laboratory safety education,conducting thorough inspections and supervision,and enhancing prevention and control measures for hazardous sources.Implementing these suggestions can reduce the incidence of safety accidents.In doing so,the paper aims to solve the difficulties of laboratory safety management in local universities and promote further improvements in laboratory safety.
