摘  要:基于接触氧化池对COD去除的效果,以柳州卷烟厂污水处理站实际生产数据为依据,总结柳州卷烟厂污水处理工艺“气浮+水解酸化+兼氧+好氧接触氧化”,讨论接触氧化池COD去除率,通过探讨接触氧化池回流时间和曝气时间的长短来找出接触氧化池运行的最有效途径,为完善柳州卷烟厂污水处理工艺提供实例应用依据。Based on the effect of the COD removal rate in the contact oxidation tank,and based on the actual production data of the Liuzhou Cigarette Factory Sewage Treatment Station,this paper summarizes the process of"air flotation+hydrolytic acidification+facultative oxygen+aerobic contact oxidation"in the Liuzhou Cigarette Factory sewage treatment process,discusses the COD removal rate in the contact oxidation tank,and discusses the length of reflux time and aeration time in the contact oxidation tank to find out the most effective way of operating efficiency of the contact oxidation tank,so as to provide practical application basis for improving the sewage treatment process of Liuzhou Cigarette Factory.
