中药泡浴联合超短波理疗在婴幼儿支气管炎的护理应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药泡浴联合超短波理疗在婴幼儿支气管炎的护理应用价值。方法:选取南宁市第一人民医院儿科2020年1月至2021年1月收治的100例支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,每组各50例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以中药泡浴联合超短波理疗护理,观察两组患儿用药治疗前后呼吸频率(RR)、吸气呼气时间比(TI/TE)以及每公斤体质量潮气量(VT);统计两组患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息、发热、三凹征消除时间以及住院时间;统计两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果:治疗前,两组患儿RR、TI/TE以及VT等各项肺功能指标水平相较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患儿各项肺功能指标水平明显高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息、发热、三凹征消除时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药泡浴联合超短波理疗在婴幼儿支气管炎的护理相较于常规的护理,不仅可有效改善肺功能状况,还能缩短症状消除时间,使患儿病情能加快康复,同时提升患儿家属对护理的满意度,值得临床大力推广。Objective:To explore the nursing application value of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with ultrashort wave physiotherapy in infants and young children with bronchitis.Methods:A total of 100 children with bronchitis who were admitted to the pediatrics department of the First People's Hospital of Nanning from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with ultrashort wave physiotherapy nursing.The respiratory rate(RR),inspiratory-expiration time ratio(TI/TE)and tidal volume(VT)per kilogram of body weight were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of children.The elimination time of cough,lung rale,wheezing,fever,three concave sign and hospital stay were counted.The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups was counted as well.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of RR,TI/TE and VT and other pulmonary function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of various pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05);the elimination time of cough,pulmonary rales,wheezing,fever,three concave signs and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with ultrashort wave physiotherapy has high nursing application value in infants and young children with bronchitis.It can not only effectively improve the pulmonary function status,but also shorten the time for symptom elimination,speed up the recovery of the child*s condition,and improve family members*satisfaction with nu
