基于专利分析三聚磷酸铝技术发展趋势的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国政府对环境保护、水性防锈防腐涂料等绿色环保材料的日趋重视,三聚磷酸铝作为一种功能性材料,越来越受到人们的青睐,申请专利保护的重点也由三聚磷酸铝的合成工艺向配方搭配与应用场景拓展转移。文章通过分析我国三聚磷酸铝申请专利保护的情况,对其自主创新和专利应用的特点进行了全面分析。分析表明,2010年至2019年间我国三聚磷酸铝专利申请量稳步上升,专利申请类型以发明专利为主,专利保护以应用三聚磷酸铝的涂料为主。同时通过分析对三聚磷酸铝专利技术发展趋势、开发高端三聚磷酸铝产品的方式和现有专利的运营方式提出了建议。In recent years,with the increasing attention paid by the Chinese government to environmental protection,water-based anti-rust and anti-corrosion coatings and other green environmental protection materials,aluminum tripolyphosphate as a functional material has received more and more attention.The focus of patent protection has also shifted from the synthesis process of aluminum tripolyphosphate to the expansion of formula matching and application scenarios.By analyzing the patent protection of aluminum tripolyphosphate in China,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of its independent innovation and patent application.The analysis shows that the number of patent applications for aluminum tripolyphosphate in China has increased steadily from 2010 to 2019.The types of patent applications are mainly invention patents,and the patent protection is mainly the application of aluminum tripolyphosphate coatings.At the same time,by analyzing the development trend of aluminum tripolyphosphate patented technology,suggestions are made on the way to develop high-end aluminum tripolyphosphate products and the operation mode of existing patents.
