摘　　要：目的:分析心血管疾病患者的住院费用构成,探讨其影响因素,为合理控制住院费用提供参考依据。方法:根据广西某三级甲等医院2014—2022年心血管病种的住院数据,对患者和主要病种情况进行描述性统计分析,并建立多元线性回归模型对患者住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果:心血管疾病患者的住院费用中手术材料费占比最高,住院天数、自付金额占比与住院总费用之间均存在正相关关系。结论:可从加强对潜在患者的健康关注,提高社会心血管疾病防治意识;住院治疗中合理规划治疗方案,合理缩短住院天数;降低心血管疾病治疗的材料价格三方面入手,实现对住院费用的有效控制。Objective:To analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses of patients with cardiovascular diseases,explore its influencing factors,and provide reference for reasonable control of hospitalization expenses.Methods:Based on the inpatient data of cardiovascular diseases from 2014 to 2022 in a class A tertiary hospital in Guangxi,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on patients and major diseases,and a multiple linear regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of inpatient expenses.Results:Among the hospitalization expenses of patients with cardiovascular diseases,the proportion of surgical expenses was the highest.There was a positive correlation between the total hospitalization expenses and the length of stay the proportion of self payment.Conclusions:it is necessary to pay more medical attention to potential patients and inqjrove the prevention awareness of cardiovascular diseases in society the treatment plan should be planned and the length of stay should be reasonably shortened,reduce the material price of cardiovascular disease treatment from the three aspects to achieve effective control of hospitalization expenses.
