摘　　要：劳务产业是增加农民收入、实现乡村振兴的有效手段之一。泾川县始终坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,始终把“稳就业”“保就业”作为最大的民生工程,把劳务输转作为促进就业保障、农民增收、乡村振兴的重要抓手,通过一系列惠民政策的实施,拓宽农村富余劳动力就业渠道,补齐民生短板,增进民生福祉。Labor industry is one of the effective means to increase farmers'income and realize rural revitalization.Jingchuan county always adheres to the people centered development idea,always regards“stable employment”and “employment protection”as the largest livelihood project,and regards the transfer of labor services as an important means to promote employment security,farmers^income increase,and rural revitalization.Through the implementation of a series of people benefiting policies,it broadens the employment channels of rural affluent labor,complements the shortcomings of the people's livelihood,and improves the well-being of the people's livelihood.
