摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会《决议》中首次提出了“两个确立”。“两个确立”是中国共产党历经百年征程、总结伟大奋斗经验所形成的重大历史性成果,是党的十八大以来中国共产党政治领导力的制高点体现,其生成逻辑由时代因然、理论使然、历史必然及实践应然构成。时代因然凝聚党和人民对实现中国梦的内在需求;理论使然囊括中国共产党执政的领导核心、领袖人物与思想理论;历史必然见证中国共产党的权力核心重要性;实践应然展现中国共产党人守正创新与自我革命。时代因然牵引出理论使然,反思出历史必然、生发现实应然,整个逻辑闭环构建出中国共产党稳定的政治向心力、时代契合力及历史影响力。The Resolution passed in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed"two establishment"for the first time.The"two establishment"is a major historical achievement that results from the great experience of the CPC in hundred years'struggle,and highly reflects the political leadership of the CPC since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Its generation logic consists of such elements as the times,theory,history and practice.In the new era,it implies the Party and the people's internal needs to realize the Chinese dream;theoretically,it includes the core of leadership,leaders and ideological theory of the CPC in power;historically,it witnesses the importance of the core of the CPC's authority;practically,it shows the integrity,innovation and self revolution of the CPC.The elements like times,theory,history,and reality are logically linked with each other,which shows the stable political cohesion,harmony,and historical influence of the CPC.
