摘　　要：为了解蓝舌病(BT)在黑龙江省部分地区的流行情况,调查黑龙江省不同地区、不同季节牛、绵羊感染蓝舌病的血清学情况,用已建立的BT的竞争ELISA方法检测不同季节黑龙江省部分地区997份牛、绵羊血清,通过鸡胚及BHK21细胞分离病毒,并利用BT国际参考实验室创立的RT-PCR方法和间接免疫荧光方法鉴定病毒的血清型。结果表明,该地区牛、绵羊血清的阳性率分别为13.70%、12.65%,并初步鉴定黑龙江省部分地区流行的蓝舌病病毒毒株为BTV-1型,为黑龙江省蓝舌病的防控提供了理论依据并奠定了基础。In order to understand the prevalence of bluetongue(BT),and investigate the serological infection of cattle and sheep with bluetongue in different regions and seasons in part areas of Heilongjiang Province,997 cattle and sheep sera was detected by establishing a competitive ELISA detection method for BT.The virus was isolated from chicken embryos and BHK21 cells,and its serotype was identified by indirect immunofluorescence assay and RT-PCR methods established by BT International Reference Laboratory.The results showed that the positive rates of cattle and sheep sera in this area were 13.70% and 12.65% respectively,and the bluetongue virus(BTV)strains prevalent in part areas of Heilongjiang Province were preliminarily identified as BTV-l,which provided a theoretical basis and laid a foundation for the prevention and control of BT in Heilongjiang Province.
