摘  要:目的建立一种可快速富集生活饮用水中土霉素的前处理方法。方法以Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs为磁源将表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)修饰于其表面制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs@SDS功能材料,该材料表面SDS所带的负电荷与土霉素的正电荷通过静电吸引作用有效达到对土霉素的富集。实验考察了材料用量、表面活性剂SDS的量、洗脱剂的种类以及体积等影响因素,最后通过超高效液相色谱检测。结果取得最佳的优化前处理条件,在该条件下获得了满意的萃取效果(回收率达到87.7%~90.5%),材料至少可重复使用5次。并对南昌市各水厂的生活饮用水共43批次中土霉素的含量进行检测,结果均未检出。结论该方法前处理简单快速,材料可重复利用,在前处理方面有较高的应用前景,有机溶剂使用量少,适用于饮用水中土霉素的检测。Objective A rapid enrichment pretreatment method was developed for the determination of oxytetracycline in drinking water.Methods Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs@SDS functional material was prepared by modifying the surface active agent sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)with Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs as the magnetic source.The negative charge of SDS on the surface of the material and the positive charge of oxytetracycline can effectively enrich oxytetracycline by electrostatic attraction.The influence factors such as the amount of material,the amount of surfactant SDS,the type and volume of eluent were investigated.Finally,the results were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).Results The optimal pretreatment conditions were obtained,under which satisfactory extraction results were obtained(with recovery of 87.7%-90.5%),and the material could be reused for at least 5 times.The contents of terramycin in 43 batches of drinking water from various water plants in Nanchang City were detected,and the results were not found.Conclusion The method is simple and rapid,and the material can be reused and has a high application prospect in pre-treatment.The amount of organic solvent is less,which is suitable for the detection of oxytetracycline in drinking water.
