摘　　要：在英属马六甲海峡殖民地三州府中,新加坡开埠最晚。在南洋谋生已久的闽南人有备而来,迅速构建起以原乡民间信仰为核心的社会生活,以解决在异域他乡的死生问题,并随着新加坡的发展而发展,体现出了独异于早期南洋其他华人社会的文化特点。Singapore was the last of the three state capitals in the British territory in the Malacca Strait to inaugurate.The Minnan people,who had been living in the South Seas for a while,were ready and quick to establish a social life based on their country's folk beliefs to address the issue of death and life in a foreign land.As Singapore developed,it reflected a cultural trait that was different from other Chinese societies in the early South Seas.
