摘 要:唐代高僧三平祖师公,精通岐黄之术,在瘴疠之气肆虐的闽南山域,义中禅师根据当时闽南地理气候,总结疾病谱,广施灵方,活人无数,祖师圆寂后其药方被闽南民间广为使用,在三平寺供奉为灵签,即现存“三平祖师公药签”。以“三平祖师公药签”文献资料为基础,结合闽南地方特性和患者心理特征,从药签的表现形式、药签的数量、涉及的药物的种类、药物使用的频次、频率、药物的分类、分量、使用方法等方面进行系统的中医药研究,从中医药理论方面探讨“三平祖师公药签”,也为安全、合理使用药签提供医学支持。The Grand Master of the Sanping Temple in the Tang dynasty was a master of the qi-huang technique.In the mountains of southern Fujian,where the miasma was rampant,the Buddhist monk Yizhong summarized the spectrum of diseases according to the geographical climate of southern Fujian at that time,and gave many miraculous prescriptions.After the founder’s death,his prescriptions were widely used by the people in southern Fujian.He was worshipped as a miraculous stick in Sanping Temple,which is the existing"Sanping founder’s Yaoqian",the only important literature related to the treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine by the Master of the Sanping Temple.Therefore,this paper,based on the document of“Sanping founder’s Yaoqian”,combined with the local characteristics of southern Fujian and the psychological characteristics of patients,carries out a systematic study on the culture of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of the manifestation of Yaoqian,the number ofYaoqian,the types of drugs involved,the frequency of drug use,the classification,quantity,and use of drugs.The discussion of the“Sanping founder’s Yaoqian”from the perspective of TCM theory provides medical support for safe and rational use of Yaoqian.
