摘  要:目的 分析山东省老年慢性病患者健康赋权现状及特征。方法 2021年11-12月,收集山东省5所三甲医院的272名老年慢性病住院患者,采用一般资料调查表、老年慢性病病人健康赋权量表,进行健康赋权现状问卷调查。结果 患者健康赋权总均分为(3.72±0.61)分,各维度得分由低到高分别为获取支持(3.23±0.52)分、增长知识(3.31±0.92)分、参与治疗(3.57±0.86)分、责任信念(3.95±0.77)分、重建自我(4.03±0.79)分。不同性别、居住地、文化程度、共同居住者、人均月收入、住院时间、健康体检次数、患病后是否按时复诊老年慢性病患者的健康赋权得分差异存在统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 老年慢性病患者总体健康赋权呈中等水平,健康赋权与性别、居住地、文化程度、共同居住者、人均月收入、住院时间、健康体检次数、患病后是否按时复诊有关。Objective To analyze the current situation and characteristics of health empowerment of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Shandong province.Methods From November to December,272 elderly patients with chronic diseases from 5 third-class hospitals in Shandong province were investigated,the questionnaire included general infeormation,health empowerment scale for elderly patients with chronic diseases.Results The score of health empowerment was(3.72±0.61),and the score of dimensions from low to high was:obtaining support(3.57±0.86),increasing knowledge(3.95±0.77),participating in treatment(4.03±0.79),responsibility belief(3.95±0.77),and rebuilding self(4.03±0.79).There were statistical differences among different groups of sex,occupations,place of residence,education level,cohabitants,monthly income,length of stay,number of health check-ups,re-examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The health empowerment of elderly patients with chronic diseases is at a medium level.The health empowerment of elderly patients with chronic diseases related with sex,occupations,place of residence,education level,cohabitants,monthly income,length of stay,number of health check-ups,re-examination.
