摘　　要：目的 观察一种移动多功能消杀车对库房内环境、桌面及不同货物外包装表面的现场消毒效果。方法 采用模拟现场评价方法,在面积为48 m2的仓库内设置四角距墙壁1 m处及中央点共5个监测点。将指示微生物按要求制成菌片放置或涂抹于待测物体表面。移动多功能消杀车采用500 mg/L 84消毒液,以10 L/min的雾化量对染菌的待测物体表面进行雾化消毒,静止作用20 min,观察其消毒效果。结果 在以上消毒条件下,该移动消毒车喷雾90 s对仓库内环境中染菌载体上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值分别为6.48、6.64、6.05,喷雾10 s对人工染菌桌面的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值分别为4.64、3.73和3.45,喷雾10 s对纸箱、木箱、轮胎、塑料箱表面大肠杆菌的消毒合格率均为100%。结论 该移动多功能消杀车雾化84消毒液对不同物体表面具有良好的消毒效果。Objective To observe the field disinfection effects of a mobile multifunctional disinfection vehicle on the inner surfaces of warehouse,wooden tables and the external packaging surfaces of different goods.Methods Using the simulated field test,a total of 5 monitoring points were set up at the 4 corners 1m from the wall and the central point in the warehouse with an area of 48 m^(2).The indicator microorganisms were placed in the form of microorganisms carriers or infected on the surface of the tested object as required.A 500 mg/L 84 disinfectant solution was released onto the surface of the tested object by the mobile multifunctional disinfection vehicle at a atomization flow rate of 10 L/min for 20 min,and the disinfection effect was observed.Results Under the above disinfection conditions,the killing logarithmic values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on the carriers on inner surfaces of the warehouse an area of 48 m^(2) were 6.48,6.64 and 6.05 respectively,with spraying disinfection for 90 s,and those on the artificially infected wooden tables were 4.64,3.73 and 3.45 respectively,with spraying disinfection for 10 seconds.The qualified rate of disinfection of Escherichia coli on the external packaging surfaces of cartons,wooden cases,tires and plastic boxes was 100%,with spraying disinfection for 10 seconds.Conclusion The mobile multifunctional disinfection vehicle with atomizing 84 disinfectant solution has good disinfection effects on object surface.
