摘　　要：钱庄是我国土生土长的金融组织,有着极强的盈利性、适应性和创新性,其运行机制对当前的企业经营具有十分重要的借鉴意义。从企业内部视角阐述钱庄的运行机理,对厘清处于动荡环境中的传统行业发展状况具有窥一斑而知全豹的意义。福源钱庄的股权激励制度保证了管理层的稳定、刺激了经营积极性,创始人实行“举家托业”的中国式委托代理制度保证了经营稳定性,钱庄经理秦润卿长期奉行“混业经营”“不依外资”“高存贷比”的风险管控机制,保证了钱庄的长期运行。本研究凸显了传统管理体制在近代企业生产经营中具有很强的生命力,可以为当代企业生产经营提供借鉴视角。Bank is a native financial organization in China,which has strong profitability,adaptability and innovation.Its operation mechanism has a very im-portant reference significance for the current business operation.From the per-spective of enterprise internal operation mechanism of the bank,which has a glimpse of the development of traditional asphalt industry in a turbulent environ-ment.The equity incentive system of Fuyuan bank ensures the stability of the management and stimulates the enthusiasm of the management.The founder im-plements the Chinese style principal-agent system of"family trust"to ensure the stability of operation.Qin Runqing,the bank manager,has long pursued the risk control mechanism of"mixed operation","non dependence on foreign in-vestment"and"high deposit loan ratio"to ensure the long-term operation of the bank.This study highlights that the traditional management system has a strong vitality in the production and operation of modern enterprises,which helps to pro-vide reference for the production and operation of contemporary enterprises.
