摘 要:当前,水厂净水使用的膜分离技术净水效果较差,文中对不同的超滤膜组合工艺净水效能进行对比分析,设计试验装置,选择原材料参数,确定工艺流程和对比指标。试验选择了三种工艺进行对比,结果表明,跌水曝气/机械鼓风曝气+锰砂预过滤+超滤膜组合工艺下得到的水体浊度为0.03~0.56NTU,残留细菌含量为0.26~2.37CFU/mL,与其他两种工艺相比,水体的浊度和微生物含量去除性良好,净水性能稳定,在实际应用中具有一定参考和推广意义。At present,the membrane separation technology used in the water purification of the water plant has poor water purification effect.In this paper,the water purification efficiency of different ultrafiltration membrane combination processes is compared and analyzed,the experimental device is designed,the raw material parameters are selected,and the process flow and comparison indicators are determined.Three processes were selected for comparison in the test.The results showed that the turbidity of the water body obtained by the combined process of falling water aeration/mechanical blast aeration+manganese sand pre-filtration+ultrafiltration membrane was 0.03~0.56NTU,and the residual bacterial content was 0.26~2.37CFU/mL.Compared with the other two processes,the turbidity and microbial content of the water body was well removed,and the water purification performance was stable,which has certain reference and promotion significance in practical application.
