摘  要:目的分析儿童β2-肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因多态性与儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的关系。方法选取2022年1月-2022年6月在新乡市中心医院的86例RRTI患儿(RRTI组)和同期100名正常儿童(对照组)为研究对象,采用聚合酶链反应-限制片段长度多态(PCR-RFLP)分析β2-AR16基因位点序列多态性,采用Logistic回归分析β2-AR基因多态性位点与RRTI的关系。结果RRTI组患者携带GG基因型和G等位基因频率高于对照组,AA基因型和A等位基因频率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组AG基因型频率比较无统计学差异。Logistic回归分析显示,携带β2-AR位点GG基因型(OR=1.987,95%CI=1.231~3.097)可使RRTI发生风险增加(P<0.05),β2-AR位点AA基因型(OR=0.912,95%CI=0.576~1.276)是RRTI发生的保护因素(P<0.05)。GG型呼吸道感染次数高于AA型和AG型(P<0.05),AA型和AG型呼吸道感染次数比较无统计学差异。结论β2-AR16位点GG等位基因是RRTI的危险因素,临床应给予针对性管理措施,积极防控RRTI。OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship betweenβ2-adrenergic receptor(β2-AR)gene polymorphism and repeated respiratory infections(RRTI)in children.METHODS A total of 86 children with RRTI admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital from Jan to Jun 2022 were recruited in the RRTI group and 100 healthy children during the same period were selected as the research subjects.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)was used to analyzeβ2-AR gene polymorphism.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the relationship betweenβ2-AR gene polymorphism and RRTI.RESULTS GG genotype frequency and G allele frequency in the RRTI group were higher than those in the control group,while AA genotype frequency and A allele frequency were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AG genotype frequency between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that GG genotype ofβ2-AR gene(OR=1.987,95%CI=1.231-3.097)increased the risk for RRTI(P<0.05),β2-AR locus AA genotype(OR=0.912,95%CI=0.576-1.276)was a protective factor for RRTI occurrence(P<0.05).The frequency of respiratory tract infections in children with GG genotype was higher than that in children with AA genotype and AG genotype(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the frequency of respiratory tract infections between children with AA genotype and AG genotype.CONCLUSION GG allele ofβ2-AR16 gene is a risk factor for RRTI.Clinical management measures should be given to actively prevent and control RRTI.
