摘　　要：探讨学派宗师彭静山教授“观眼识病”理论内涵。彭老以王肯堂《证治准绳·目门》记载的眼与脏腑关系及验目理论为基础,以脏腑学说、经络学说及五轮八廓等理论为指导,强调眼与人体之间的内在联系,通过临床上万次病例观察总结五脏六腑的生理病理情况在白睛对应分区上形色脉络显现规律,该理论与现代医学中球结膜微循环理论有较强的一致性。应用“观眼识病”理论对白睛络脉形、色、丝络变化的观察能诊察疾病,不仅扩展了中医望、闻、问、切的诊察范围,而且加强了四诊的针对性与可行性,填补中医望诊的空白。This paper introduces the connotation of acupuncture master Professor Peng Jingshan's theory of"observing eyes and identifying diseases".Based on the relationship between the eye and Zang-fu organs and the theory of eye inspection recorded in,Zhenzhizhusheng Mumen,by Wang Ken-tang.Peng emphasized the internal connection between the eye and the human body under the guidance of Zang-fu theory,meridians theory and the theory of five wheels and eight ribs.Through the observation of tens of thousands of clinical cases,the physiological and pathological conditions of the viscera and organs were summarized.It is consistent with the theory of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation in modern medicine,which further confirms the authority of this theory.Applying the theory of"observing eyes and identifying diseases"to observe the changes of the shape,color and silk of the eye's collaterals can diagnose the disease more efficiently,which not only expands the scope of observation,smelling,questioning and cutting of traditional Chinese medicine,but also strengthens the relevance and feasibility of the four diagnosis to fill the gap of traditional Chinese medicine inspection.
