摘  要:目的:优选温通凝胶贴膏的基质配方,并对成型贴膏进行补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以聚丙烯酸钠(NP-700)、高岭土、甘羟铝、中药量为考察因素,以试验综合评分如黏性与剥离强度等作为评价指标,优选制剂最佳基质配方;采用高效液相色谱仪进行含量测定。结果:温通凝胶贴膏的最佳处方配比为:NP-700∶高岭土∶甘羟铝∶中药量=300∶300∶10∶1 000。建立的含量测定方法稳定性好,重现性佳。结论:优选得到的温通凝胶贴膏易于涂布,成型好,可用于批量生产。采用的含量测定方法专属性强,可用于补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定。Objective:To optimize the matrix formula of Wentong Gel Plaster,and to determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen.Methods:L9(34)orthogonal design was used to optimize the best matrix formula of the preparation with the amount of sodium polyacrylate(NP-700),kaolin,aluminum glycinate and Chinese medicine as the investigation factor,and the comprehensive score of sensory,viscosity and peel strength as the evaluation index.The content was determined by high performance liquid chromatograph.Results:The optimal prescription of Wentong Gel Plaster was NP-700∶kaolin∶aluminum glycinate∶Chinese medicine=300∶300∶10∶1000.The established content determination method has good stability and reproducibility.Conclusion:The optimized Wentong Gel Plaster is easy to be coated,well formed and can be used for mass production.The content determination method is specific and can be used for the content determination of psoralen and isopsoralen.
