基于CiteSpace与VOSviewer的中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件探索中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的研究热点与发展态势。方法:通过高级检索功能,检索中国知网(CNKI)中的核心期刊、中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)及Web of science核心合集数据库的历年来的相关文献,通过软件对数据进行去重清洗后,分别选择机构、作者、关键词绘制可视化分析图谱,并进行分析解读。结果:中文文献共纳入877篇,英文文献共纳入309篇,发文量总体呈增长趋势。中文文献核心作者34位,发文量最多的作者为严道南,发文27篇;英文文献核心作者41位,发文最多的作者是BENNO BRINKHAUS,发文14篇。中文文献最高产机构为南京中医药大学,英文文献最高产机构为中国医科大学,且与韩国的相关科研单位进行了交流与合作。中文文献和英文文献中除主题词以外排前3的关键词分别为“中医药疗法”“玉屏风散”“临床研究”和“acupuncture”“traditional chinese medicine”“asthma”,分别形成了7个聚类模块和12个突现关键词。结论:变应性鼻炎在中医药领域的研究主要以临床研究为主,治疗方法具有多样化。目前,变应性鼻炎的并发症、作用机制、有效治疗方案及疾病的管理是未来的研究热点。Objective:To explore the research hotspots and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Method:Through the advanced search function,the literature related to the core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the Chinese Social Science Citation Index(CSSCI)and Web of science core collection database over the years was searched.After the data was de-cleaned by software,institutions,authors and keywords were selected respectively to draw a visual analysis map,and analyzed and interpreted.Results:A total of 877 Chinese articles and 309 English articles were included.The number of published articles showed an increasing trend.There were 34 core authors of Chinese literature,and YAN Daonan had published the most papers,with 27 papers.There were 41 core authors of English literature,and the author with the most papers was BENNO BRINKHAUS with 14 papers.Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was the most productive institution for Chinese literature,while China Medical University was the most productive institution for English literature,and it had conducted exchanges and cooperation with relevant scientific research institutions in South Korea.The top 3 keywords in Chinese literature besides the subject words were"traditional Chinese medicine therapy","Yupingfeng Powder(玉屏风散)"and"clinical research",while the top 3 keywords in English literature besides the subject words were"acupuncture","traditional Chinese medicine",and"asthma".7 clustering modules and 12 prominent keywords were formed respectively.Conclusion:The research of allergic rhinitis in the field of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on clinical research,and the treatment methods are diversified.At present,the complications,mechanism,effective treatment and disease management of allergic rhinitis are the research hotspot in the future.
