摘 要:目的优选十枣汤的提取工艺。方法以十枣汤中大戟二烯醇的含量及干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对十枣汤提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为提取2次,提取时间为1.5 h,加入10倍量水。验证试验结果显示,5份样品中大戟二烯醇的平均含量为0.99 mg/g,RSD为1.24%(n=5);平均干膏得率为44.01%,RSD为1.64%(n=5)。结论优选的提取工艺合理、可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Shizao Decoction.Methods With the comprehensive score of the content of euphadienol and the dry extract yield in Shizao Decoction as the indexes,the effects of water addition amount,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process of Shizao Decoction were investigated through the L9(34)orthogonal test on the basis of the single factor test.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows:extracting twice,1.5 h each time,and adding 10 times the amount of water.The validation test result showed that the average content of euphadienol in five samples was 0.99 mg/g,with an RSD of 1.24%(n=5).The dry extract yield was 44.01%,with an RSD of 1.64%(n=5).Conclusion The optimal extraction process is reasonable and feasible.
