中医药健康教育在改善膝骨性关节炎症状中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察中药涂擦结合健康教育在改善膝骨性关节炎患者症状中的作用。方法在某院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者中随机抽取84例,按照病例号交替排序法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组接受常规康复训练干预,观察组在常规康复训练干预基础上增加中药涂擦结合健康教育干预。采用倍差法比较两组患者的中医症候积分、膝关节功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)、骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)以及简式生活质量量表(SF-36)得分的改善情况。结果干预后,两组患者的中医症候积分、ODI和WOMAC评分均降低,经倍差法分析,观察组的降低趋势更高于对照组(P<0.001);两组患者的SF-36评分均上升,经倍差法分析,观察组的升高趋势更高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论在基础康复训练基础上加用中药涂擦联合健康教育对膝骨性关节炎患者疾病症状的改善及膝关节功能的恢复具有重要意义,同时可提高患者的预后生活质量,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)smear combined with health education in improving the symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 84 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to a hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the alternate order of case number,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group added TCM smear combined with health education intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation training intervention.Difference-in-difference(DID)method was used to compare the improvement of TCM syndrome score,Oswestry Dability Index(ODI),the western Ontario and Mc Master universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and simplified quality of life scale(SF-36)of the two groups.Results After intervention,the TCM syndrome score,ODI and WOMAC scores of the two groups were decreased,and the decrease trend of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001);the SF-36 score of patients in both groups increased,and the trend of increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion On the basis of basic rehabilitation training,the combination of TCM smear and health education is of great significance for the improvement of disease symptoms and the recovery of knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and can improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
