摘　　要：本研究针对不同慢性病种类和环境的人群,通过查阅文献并结合工作实践经验,阐述和分析运动处方在慢性病管理中的应用,并就存在的问题及今后的发展进行探讨。旨在为推进健康中国、促进“体医结合”、创新慢性病管理模式提供依据。This study aims at people with different types of chronic diseases and environments,expounds and analyzes the application of exercise prescription in the management of chronic diseases,and discusses the existing problems and future development through consulting the literature and combining with work experience.To provide basis for promoting healthy China,promoting the integration of sports and medicine,and innovating the management mode of chronic diseases..
