补肾助孕汤对肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中医症候评分、血清性激素水平和卵细胞质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究补肾助孕汤对肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者中医症候评分、血清性激素水平和卵细胞质量的影响。方法:将104例育龄期肾阳虚型PCOS不孕症患者采用简单随机化分组法分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组患者均为52例。对照组患者予以枸橼酸氯米芬片进行治疗。观察组在对照组用药方案基础上加用补肾助孕汤。记录治疗3个月后,两组患者治疗效果及卵细胞质量[获卵数、第二次分裂中期(MⅡ)卵数、2PN受精卵数];比较治疗前及治疗3个月后,两组患者血清性激素水平[促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体激素(LH)]、中医症候积分。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组患者治疗有效率、获卵数、MⅡ卵数均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者2PN受精卵数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后较治疗前,两组患者部分血清性激素水平(LH、T)水平、中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后较治疗前,两组患者血清FSH、E_(2)水平均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾助孕汤用于治疗PCOS引起的肾阳虚型不孕症具有较好的治疗效果,可助患者控制性激素水平,改善卵细胞质量,缓解临床症状。Objective:To explore the effects of Bushen Zhuyun decoction on scores of TCM symptoms,levels of serum sex hormones and oocyte quality in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)infertility of kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:104 patients of childbearing age who were diagnosed with PCOS infertility of kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,namely observation group(52 cases)and control group(52 cases).The patients in control group were treated with clomiphene citrate tablets,and the patients in observation group were added with Bushen Zhuyun decoction based on the medication regimen of control group.After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic effect and oocyte quality[the number of retrieved oocytes,the number of oocytes in the second metaphase(MⅡ),and the number of 2PN zygotes]were recorded in the two groups.Serum sex hormones levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)]and scores of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment,the number of retrieved oocytes and the number of MⅡoocytes in observation group were higher or more than those in control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the number of 2PN zygotes between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of some serum sex hormones(LH,T)and scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels and scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Serum FSH and E_(2)levels in both groups were increased after 3 months of treatment compared to before treatment,and the levels of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuyun decoction has a considerable therapeutic effect in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency of infertility caused by PCOS.It can also help control the levels of sex hormones,improve the oocyte quality and rel
