摘　　要：主要论述外吹乳痈在古籍中的记载,包括辨证论治源流及各种外治方法的来源、操作方法,体现古籍中针对外吹乳痈的病因病机与足阳明胃经、足厥阴肝经息息相关的特点,与中医临床治疗外吹乳痈的外治法即以清热解毒药物外敷为主的方法相契合;除此之外,外吹乳痈在古籍中多种外治法与现代中医学相近,即以通为用、清热解毒、消肿止痛为主的治法。现总结本病在古籍中的外治理论与治法,认为清热解毒药物外敷是最适用于外吹乳痈的外治法。This paper mainly discusses acute mastitis in the ancient texts,including the source of identification and treatment,the origin of various external treatment methods,and the operation methods recorded in the ancient texts.The etiology and pathogenesis of acute mastitis are related to the foot Yangming stomach meridian and the foot Jueyin liver meridian,and the external treatment of external blowing canker sores in Chinese medicine,which is based on the application of heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs.In addition,the purpose of a variety of external treatments for acute mastitis in ancient texts is similar to that of modern medicine,i.e.,the treatment is based on the use of passages,clearing heat and detoxifying drugs,and relieving swelling and pain.The author summarized the theory and treatment of this disease in ancient texts of external treatment and concluded that the external application of heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs is most suitable for the treatment of acute mastitis.
