定经汤加减在经断前后诸证中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：经断前后诸证也称为“绝经前后诸证”,在现代医学中叫做“更年期综合征”“绝经综合征”等,指的是女性在绝经前后因性激素减少而产生的身心症状,是女性从生育期向老年期过渡的常见疾病。以往临床多采用激素替代疗法治疗该类疾病,虽然能够快速达到改善临床症状的效果,但存在明显的不良反应,例如提高心脏及乳腺疾病的发生风险,且该治疗方式属于外源性激素补充方式,无法从内部激发女性潜能。定经汤可治疗多种女性妇科疾病,尤其在月经紊乱中效果显著,定经汤加减化裁后能够调理肝肾阴阳,调节内分泌。本研究通过对经断前后诸证概况分析,研究定经汤加减在经断前后诸证中的应用效果,旨在为女性健康作出贡献。The various syndromes before and after menopause are also called“pre-and post-menopausal syndromes”,and in modern medicine they are called“menopausal syndrome”“menopausal syndrome”,etc.Which refer to the physical and mental symptoms of women due to the reduction of sex hormones before and after menopause.Common disorders in women transitioning from childbearing to old age.In the past,hormone replacement therapy was mostly used in clinical treatment of this type of disease.Although it can quickly improve clinical symptoms,it had obvious side effects,such as increasing the risk of heart and breast diseases,and this treatment method belongs to exogenous hormone supplementation.Unlock women’s potential from within.Dingjing decoction can treat a variety of female gynecological diseases,especially in menstrual disorders.In this study,the application effect of Dingjing decoction in various syndromes before and after menstruation was analyzed by analyzing the general situation of various syndromes before and after menstruation,aiming to contribute to women’s health.
