从脾论治针灸治疗气阴亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析从脾论治针灸治疗气阴亏虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法80例气阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者,随机编号后利用计算机随机抽取方式分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组接受常规针刺治疗和药物干预,实验组在对照组基础上给予益气健脾针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后血糖指标水平。结果治疗后,实验组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分别为(5.12±2.16)mmol/L、(8.17±1.62)mmol/L、(5.73±0.13)%;对照组分别为(6.53±2.67)mmol/L、(10.12±2.63)mmol/L、(5.99±0.31)%。治疗后,实验组FBG、2 h PG及HbA1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气阴亏虚型2型糖尿病患者运用从脾论治针灸治疗方案,从益气健脾角度出发,可对患者起到益气健脾效果,帮助患者将临床各项血糖指标控制在合理范围,增强免疫力,提高胰岛素敏感性,减轻体重,促进其康复治疗进程,值得应用和推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome in theory of spleen.Methods A total of 80 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment and pharmacological intervention,while the experimental group received acupuncture treatment of invigorating Qi and spleen on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the level of blood glucose index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were(5.12±2.16)mmol/L,(8.17±1.62)mmol/L,(5.73±0.13)%in the experimental group,and(6.53±2.67)mmol/L,(10.12±(2.63)mmol/L,(5.99±0.31)%in the control group.After treatment,the FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.5%,which was higher than 85.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture treatment in theory of spleen for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,from the perspective of invigorating Qi and spleen,can help the patient to control all clinical blood glucose indexes within a reasonable range,enhance immunity,improve insulin sensitivity,reduce body weight,and promote their rehabilitation process,which is worthy of application and promotion.
