粉末显微鉴定北柴胡与竹叶柴胡及鉴别意义

摘　　要：柴胡作为草本植物,受生长区域影响,虽然不同区域的柴胡植物外观无显著差异,但其品种、皂苷成分含量、实际用药价值等均存在一定差异,所以不同品种的柴胡,需加强鉴定、分辨方面的工作,尤其是外观相似度相对较高的北柴胡、竹叶柴胡,有效鉴别两种柴胡可以帮助药师选择更适宜的柴胡入药品种,保障用药效果。本研究针对北柴胡和竹叶柴胡的粉末显微鉴定结果展开论述,以便于为这两种柴胡的鉴定、鉴别方法提供依据。Bupleurum,as a herb,is affected by the growth region.Although there is no significant difference in appearance between bupleurum plants in different regions,there are some differences in varieties,saponin content and actual drug value,so it is necessary to strengthen the identification and discrimination of different varieties of bupleurum,especially Bupleurum Chinese and Bupleurum marginatum,which have relatively high similarity in appearance.Effective identification of the two species can help pharmacists to choose the most suitable species for the medicine and to ensure the effectiveness of the medicine.In this study,the microscopic identification results of Bupleurum Chinese and Bupleurum marginatum has been discussed in order to provide the basis for the identification and identification methods of these two species.
