基于智慧理念的五象新区核心区交通规划研究

摘　　要：随着中国城镇化进程加快,城市发展过程中存在的交通问题日益突出,成为制约我国城市良性发展的瓶颈。基于此,文章通过交通规划要素在传统与智慧理念下的对比,引申出智慧理念下的城市交通规划策略,应用互联网、GIS等技术方法对南宁市五象新区核心区进行规划实践。实践结果表明,基于智慧理念的城市交通规划方案在规划、技术、管理等应用层面体现出规划设计和实施效果的智慧性,表现出“以人为本”“智慧换乘”“绿色出行”等特征,规划体系引领着新区开发建设,为促进南宁市智慧交通建设以及城市交通发展规划提供借鉴。With the acceleration of urbanization in China a series of urban traffic problems have been the bottleneck restricting the b enign development of cities in the process of urban development.On this basis,this paper compares the planning elements under the traditional concept and the intelligent concept,extends the urban transportation planning strategy under the concept of wisd om,and applies Internet,GIS and other technical methods to the planning practice of the core area of Wuxiang New District in Na nning city that reflects the wisdom of planning concepts and implementation effects through transportation planning practices at the application levels of planning,technology and management.The planning system displays features of"being people oriented","ntelligent interchange"and"green travel",and guides the development and construction of new districts,and provides reference f or promoting the construction of intelligent transport and urban traffic development in Nanning city.
