摘 要:长沙市城镇老旧小区改造在政府大力推进下取得了积极成效,但已有的改造关注点多是围绕解决居民安全、基本生活需求的基础类改造,而较少涉及居民生活型服务需要、生活便利性需求的完善类改造和增加社区生活服务供给能力的提升类改造。文章聚焦老旧小区中居民生活便利性和宜居性的改造需求,通过对长沙10个老旧小区进行实地调研,从建筑本体公共区域和室外公共区域两个方面分析其现状和存在的问题,明确老旧小区改造项目中居民的改造意愿与需求程度,对长沙市城镇老旧小区公共空间改造需求提出相适应的绿色改造相关措施,为未来长沙老旧小区绿色改造方案的完善和优化提供借鉴。The transformation of old urban residential areas in Changsha has achieved positive results under the strong promotion of the government,but the existing transformation focus is mostly on the basic transformation to solve the residents'safety and basic living needs,and less on the improvement of the residents'life-type service needs,life convenience needs and the improvement of the supply capacity of community life services.This paper focuses on the transformation needs of residents'living convenience and livability in old residential areas.Through field research on ten old residential areas in Changsha,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems from the two aspects of the building body public space and the outdoor public space,clarifies the transformation intention and demand degree of residents in the old residential area transformation project,and puts forward corresponding green transformation measures for the transformation needs of the public space in old urban areas in Changsha,this providing reference for the transformation and upgrading of old residential areas in Changsha in the future.
