摘  要:CO_(2)管道输送是实现碳捕集、利用与封存技术大力发展的中间环节,但由于CO_(2)气源含有杂质及其输送工况的特殊性,在CO_(2)输送过程中存在水合物生成的风险,需定期开展清管作业。为明确CO_(2)管道清管作业的影响因素,从CO_(2)长输管道清管作业的目的出发,针对CO_(2)管道输送的特殊性,分析驱动压力、CO_(2)介质特性、清管器选型、清管器运行速度对清管效果的影响,总结形成了CO_(2)长输管道清管作业关键技术理论基础,并展望了清管技术的发展方向。研究成果可为中国目前在建CO_(2)管道项目的清管提供指导,也可为中国制定CO_(2)长输管道清管技术的相关标准和规范提供借鉴。(图2,表1,参30)CO_(2)pipeline transportation is an intermediate link for the development of Carbon Capture,Utilization&Storage(CCUS).However,due to the impurities in CO_(2)gas source and the particularity of transportation conditions,there is a risk of hydrate formation in the CO_(2)transportation process,and thus pigging operations need to be carried out regularly.In order to identify the influencing factors of pigging in CO_(2)pipeline,starting from the purpose of pigging in long-distance CO_(2)pipelines and considering the particularity of CO_(2)pipeline transportation,the influence of driving pressure,CO_(2)medium characteristics,pig types and running speed on pigging effect was analyzed,the theoretical basis of key pigging technologies for long-distance CO_(2)pipelines was summarized,and the development direction of pigging technology was prospected.The research results could provide guidance for CO_(2)pipeline projects currently under construction in China,and they could also provide reference for China to formulate relevant standards and specifications for the pigging technology of long-distance CO_(2)pipelines.(2 Figures,1 Table,30 References)
