摘 要:为满足日益增长的光伏玻璃市场需求,大拉引量的窑炉逐渐成为主流。通过对宽体压延线与普通压延线成形设备与成形工艺的研究分析,宽体压延线因其拉引量大、掰边不良率小、溢流口宽度大等优点,更符合大拉引量玻璃窑炉的生产需求,可有效降低窑炉运行及生产成本,节能降耗。In order to meet the growing market demand of the photovoltaic glass,the large capacity furnace for high pull rate has gradually become the mainstream.According to the research and analysis of the forming equipment and process both for the production of the wider and the common wide glass belt on the rolling line,the following conclusions are drawn:the wider rolling line is more in line with the production demand of large drawing rate furnace and can effectively reduce the furnace running and production cost,save energy and cut down consumption because of its advantages of large pulling volume,less failure of edge-breaking,large width of overflow mouth.
