摘　　要：本文建立了一种QuEChERS前处理与液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)联用检测猪肉中16种β-受体阻断剂的新方法。试样酶解后经体积比为1%甲酸乙腈提取、QuEChERS吸附剂净化后经LC-MS/MS检测。在最优的工作条件下,方法的线性范围为0.10~20.0μg/kg,检出限范围为0.01~0.05μg/kg,定量限为0.10μg/kg。采用所建立的方法对市售猪肉中的16种β-受体阻断剂进行了检测,未检出16种β-受体阻断剂,对市售猪肉进行加标回收实验,回收率为84.2%~117%,表明本方法具有良好的准确性。A new method for the determination of 16β-blockers in pork by QuEChERS combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was developed.The pork sample was subjected to liquid phase extraction with 1%formic acid(V/V)acetonitrile after enzymolysis.The mixture was then purified by adsorbents,and introduced into LC-MS/MS for detection.Under the optimized condition,the limits of detection were 0.01-0.05μg/kg,the limits of quantitation were 0.10μg/kg,and the linear ranges were 0.10-20.0μg/kg.The developed method was used for the determination of 16β-blockers in pork purchased from local market,and noβ-blockers had been detected.The accuracy of the developed method was then investigated by spiking experiments with the recoveries of 84.2%-117%.
