摘　　要：文章以无锡商业职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例,分析了该专业存在人才培养模式不新、课程体系改革滞后、证书体系不清、校企合作不深入等问题,提出了夯实机械工程和电气工程基础知识和技能、强化专业方向综合实训、做好"课证融合、赛教融合、产教融合的"两基一专三融合"人才培养模式,全面系统提高人才培养质量,满足新时代制造业转型发展对技艺精湛、高素质技术技能复合型人才的需求。Taking the mechatronics technology specialty of Wuxi Institute of Commerce as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the specialty,such as the lack of new talent training mode,the lag of curriculum system reform,the unclear certificate system,and the lack of in-depth schoolenterprise cooperation.It puts forward the"two bases,one specialty and three integration"talent training mode to consolidate the basic knowledge and skills of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering,strengthen the comprehensive training of professional direction,do a good job in the integration of curriculum and certificate,the integration of competition and education,and the integration of production and education,so as to comprehensively and systematically improve the quality of talent training and meet the needs of the transformation and development of manufacturing industry in the new era for skilled and high-quality technical and skilled compound talents.
