摘 要:电驱减速箱为达到更高的功率密度,其工作转速以及承受的扭矩也不断提高,从而使电驱减速箱的振动问题越来越复杂。齿轮作为电驱减速箱的核心部件同样面临着复杂的振动问题。本文通过对某型电驱减速箱振动问题进行分析,得到了齿轮行波振动对减速箱振动噪声水平的影响情况,同时给出了可行的减振方法。结果显示,通过修改齿轮辐板结构,可以有效避免由于齿轮行波振动给减速箱带来的振动和噪声。In order to achieve higher power density,the working speed and torque of the electric drive gearbox are also increasing,which makes the vibration problem of the electric drive gearbox more and more complicated.As the core component of the electric drive gearbox,gears also face complex vibration problems.In this paper,by analyzing the vibration problem of a certain type of electric drive gearbox,the influence of gear traveling wave vibration on the vibration and noise level of the gearbox is obtained,and a feasible vibration reduction method is given.The results show that by modifying the structure of the spoke plate,the vibration and noise caused by the vibration of the gear traveling wave can be effectively avoided to the gearbox.
