摘  要:随着中国交通运输业的高速发展,对车辆的要求也在日益提高,人们对车辆的理解也逐步由外表走向技术层面。齿轮构造是车辆构成的主体部分之一。齿轮和变速箱在车辆中起着无法取代的功能,所以,齿轮技术在车辆保养过程中一直倍受重视。随着车辆使用时期的增长,齿轮损坏不可避免。根据研发技术人员多年的工作经历,剖析了车辆齿轮工作中的几个经典故障,并根据案例探讨了齿轮技术在车辆保养中的具体运用,为车辆保养科技的研发提供了必要的科技指导。齿轮结构在机械产品中起着非常重要的作用。齿轮的种类和性能各不相同,对精度的要求也比较高,齿轮技术也有了很大的进步,随着科学技术的飞速发展,齿轮作为一种变速器,在汽车中得到了广泛的应用,但随着汽车使用时间的延长,齿轮磨损速度会变慢,为了确保交通安全,必须进行维护和维修。阐述了汽车齿轮的分类及相关标准,探讨了齿轮技术在汽车维修中的具体应用。With the rapid development of China's transportation industry,the requirements for vehicles are also increasing,and people's understanding of vehicles is gradually moving from appearance to technology.The gear structure is one of the main parts of the vehicle composition.Gears and gearboxes play irreplaceable functions in vehicles,so gear technology has always been valued during vehicle maintenance.As the vehicle grows in use,gear damage is inevitable.According to the working experience of R&D technicians for many years,several classic faults in vehicle gear work are analyzed,and the specific application of gear technology in vehicle maintenance is discussed according to cases,which provides necessary scientific and technological guidance for the research and development of vehicle maintenance technology.Gear structure plays a very important role in mechanical products.The types and performance of gears are different,the requirements for precision are relatively high,and gear technology has also made great progress.With the rapid development of science and technology,gears as a transmission,in the car has been widely used.But with the extension of the use of the car,gear wear rate will be slow.So in order to ensure traffic safety,gear must be maintained and repaired.The classification and related standards of automotive gears are expounded,and the specific application of gear technology in automobile maintenance is discussed.
