摘 要:模块化多电平直流融冰装置因其谐波小、无功补偿切换简单等优势逐渐成为电网融冰发展新方向,而装置的过电压分析及其绝缘配合也成为工程应用安全运行的关键技术之一。本研究首先以贵州某110 kV变电站系统参数及其新建模块化多电平直流融冰装置拓扑结构为研究对象,在PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真软件中建立融冰装置的仿真计算模型。其次结合绝缘配合标准探索了融冰装置交流侧与直流侧的避雷器选型方案。最后通过对开展交流侧与直流侧的接地故障仿真及直流侧断线故障仿真并得到各种情况下过电压,验证了选型的正确性,并确立了融冰装置绝缘水平选取依据。DC ice-melting equipment based on modular multilevel converter has gradually become a new direction for the development of ice-melting devices in power grid due to its advantages such as low har-monics and simple switching process in reactive power compensation.The over-voltage analysis of ice-melting device and its insulation coordination have also become one of the key technologies for engi-neering applications.Firstly,a simulation model of the ice-melting device in PSCAD/EMTDC electro-magnetic transient simulation software is constructed by taking the system parameters of a l10 kV substa-tion in Guizhou province and its newly-built DC ice melting device topology as the research object.Se condly,the selection scheme of lightning arrester on the AC side and DC side of the ice melting device is explored based on the insulation coordination standard.Finally,the feasibility of insulation coordination is verified and the selection of insulation level for ice-melting device by carrying out the ground fault simulation on AC/DC side and the disconnection fault simulation on the DC side.
