摘  要:复合绝缘横担以其诸多优点,已在国内多个试点工程中成功应用,为确保这一新产品安全可靠的运行,从实际工程角度出发对复合绝缘横担进行深入研究。本研究以110 kV直线水泥双杆为例,选用环氧实心棒作为复合绝缘横担的芯体,分析了3种复合绝缘横担结构方案的受力特点,设计了4种横担端部节点方案,并从构件抗弯和抗压稳定性两个方面分别给出了选型结果和选用方案。复合绝缘横担改造后,由于取消了悬垂绝缘子串,为了满足导线防雷要求,提出了提升避雷线的解决方案。复合绝缘横担改造过程中,由于不重新紧线且导线悬挂点提升的高度较小,导线张力和弧垂基本没有变化,仅改造杆位的垂直档距和导线对地距离有小幅度增加。由于提升避雷线高度,会大幅增加电杆的弯矩,如果采用此方法,需对电杆进行加固处理。角钢塔复合绝缘横担根部建议采用铰接连接或者两根撑杆呈三角形布置,尽量减小根部产生弯矩作用。Composite insulated crossarm has been successfully applied in many pilot projects in China due to its various advantages.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of this new product,the au-thor carried out in-depth research on composite insulated cross arm from the perspective of practical en-gineering.Taking 110 kV straight cement double pole as an example,the author selected epoxy solid rod as the core of composite insulated crossarm,analyzed the mechanical characteristics of three kinds of composite insulated crossarm structure schemes,designed four kinds of crossarm end joint schemes,and gave the selection results and schemes respectively from the bending and compression stability.In order to meet the requirement of lightning protection of wire,the solution of raising lightning wire was put for-ward because of the cancellation of overhanging insulator string after the modification of composite insula-ted crossarm.During the transformation of the composite insulated crossarm,the tension and sag of the wire remain basically unchanged due to the fact that the wire is not re-tightened and the lifting height of the wire suspension point is small,but the vertical gap of the modified pole and the distance between wire and ground have a slight increase.The bending moment of the pole will be greatly increased due to the elevation of the lightning line.If this method is adopted,the pole should be strengthened.It is suggested that the root of the composite insulated crossarm of angle steel tower should be hinged or the two struts should be arranged in a triangular way to minimize the bending moment effect at the root.
