摘  要:受潮是环氧树脂浸渍纸套管的常见故障之一。为了研究水分对环氧胶浸纸(Resin Impregnated Paper,RIP)套管绝缘性能的影响,从实际套管上切取样片,采用精密的水分测试仪测量样片含水率,在三电极系统中测量了不同含水率样片的介质损耗因数(tanδ),绝缘电阻,吸收比,频域介电谱等参数。测试结果表明,样片的绝缘电阻和吸收比均随含水率的增加而降低,当含水率小于0.67%时,绝缘吸收比大于1.5;样片的介质损耗因数和相对介电常数随含水率的增加呈指数增长。频域介电谱测量结果表明,在1 Hz~100 Hz频段内的tanδ对样片的含水率较为敏感,tanδ-f曲线在该频段中呈U形变化趋势,拐点出现在10 Hz处,tanδ-f曲线的积分值与含水率之间的关系也可以用指数函数表示。复介电常数的实部随含水率的增加而增加,随频率的增加而减小。研究结果可为RIP套管绝缘诊断和运行维护提供参考。Moisture is one of the common failures of epoxy Resin Impregnated Paper(RIP)bushings.In order to study the influence of moisture on the insulation performance of RIP bushing,samples were made by cutting from the actual bushing.The moisture content was measured with a precise moisture tester which can dry and weigh the samples.The dielectric loss factor(tan),insulation resistance,dielectric absorption ratio,frequency domain dielectric spectrum and other parameters of the samples with different moisture content were measured in a three electrode system.The test results indicate that the insulation resistance and dielectric absorption ratio of the sample both decreases with the increase of moisture con-tent.When the moisture content is less than 0.67%,the dielectric absorption ratio is above 1.5.The di-electric loss factor and the relative permittivity of the sample increase exponentially with the increase of the moisture content.The measurement results of Frequency domain Dielectric Spectrum(FDS)show that the tan in 1 Hz~100 Hz frequency band is more sensitive to the moisture content of the sample piece.When the moisture content is lower than 0.5%,the tan S-f curve shows a U-shaped change trend in this frequency band,and the inflection point appears at 10 Hz.The relationship between integral value of tan S-f curve and moisture content can also be expressed by exponential function.And the real part of complex permittivity increases with the increasing of moisture content but decreases with the frequency increasing.The research results can provide reference for RIP bushing insulation diagnosis and operation maintenance.
