摘　　要：昭通凤凰广场项目含有三栋钢结构住宅楼,地下室钢结构采用型钢混凝土柱+现浇混凝土梁,该结构形式考虑了结构整体安全、稳定、耐久等要求,因此,目前各领域建设项目中得到广泛应用,但由于型钢混凝土结构施工工艺操作难度大,且施工材料必须连接或穿过主体结构,影响主体结构稳定性,现充分借鉴钢筋混凝土结构和钢结构施工工艺及施工特点,着力解决以下施工重点、难点问题:钢柱外包混凝土只有20mm厚,现采用二次浇筑:挂设钢丝网片、喷浆作业,与传统浇筑素混凝土相比:有效地防止了外包混凝土的开裂、脱落,对钢柱的保护和使用功能起到了优化;箱型柱无收缩自密实混凝土通过合理的配合比使混凝土具有很高的流动性,箱型柱9.3m浇筑一次柱芯混凝土,在浇筑过程中柱芯混凝土不离析、不泌水,能不经振捣而达到自密实的要求。The Zhaotong Phoenix Plaza project consists of three steel structure residential buildings.The steel structure of the basement adopts steel reinforced concrete columns+cast-in-situ concrete beams.This structural form takes the overall safety,stability,durability and other requirements of the structure into account.Therefore,it is widely used in construction projects in various fields.However,due to the difficulty in the construction process of steel reinforced concrete structures and the fact that construction materials must connect or pass through the main structure,the stability of the main structure is affected.Now,the construction technology and characteristics of reinforced concrete structure and steel structure are fully used for reference to solve the following key and difficult problems in construction:the steel column is only 20 mm thick,and the secondary pouring is adopted:hanging steel wire mesh,shotcrete operation,compared with the traditional plain concrete pouring:the cracking and falling of the wrapped concrete are effectively prevented,and the protection and use functions of the steel column are optimized;The box column non shrinkage self compacting concrete has a high fluidity through a reasonable mix proportion.The column core concrete is poured once every 9.3m of the box column.During the pouring process,the column core concrete does not segregate and bleed,and can meet the requirements of self compacting without vibration.
