摘 要:工程现场钢构安装精度是由“制品误差值”“现场组合误差值”及“电焊时的误差值”三者所累计的数值构成,即为安装精度容许误差[1]。然而,钢构件的安装垂直度的控制是高层钢结构住宅工程中的关键施工技术。传统的控制方法:先在施工操作面上放样出柱网的纵横轴线,使用两台经纬仪分别从两个相互垂直的方向对钢柱进行测量控制,这种方法投入人员多,结果反馈时间长,经纬仪架设位置局限较多。高层钢结构钢柱垂直度控制实时测量时:钢柱安装垂直度校正时,钢柱顶端不便于摆放全站仪的反射棱镜,为利用免棱镜全站仪的免棱镜测量性能,快速测量钢柱顶端坐标,把测量数据实时传输到计算机上。在施工测量前的准备阶段,建立合适实用的平面控制网,整理钢柱的中心坐标、钢构件编号、截面大小及定位角度等相关信息,建立测量数据库。当测量结果被程序接收后,程序依据测量点坐标信息自动查找测量钢柱的编号,找到相关信息,并计算出该钢柱中心偏移量及钢柱的扭转偏差值等钢柱安装校正所需的相关信息,及时把相关信息反馈给施工人员作为钢柱垂直度校正的依据。The installation accuracy of steel structures on the project site is composed of the accumulated values of"product error value""on-site combined error value"and"error value during electric welding",which is the allowable error of installation accuracy.However,the control of the installation perpendicularity of steel members is a key construction technology in high-rise steel structure residential projects.Traditional control method:first,set out the vertical and horizontal axes of the column grid on the construction operation surface,and use two theodolites to measure and control the steel column from two mutually perpendicular directions.This method requires more personnel,results in long feedback time,and theodolites are limited in their erection positions.During real-time measurement of steel column perpendicularity control of high-rise steel structure:when the steel column is installed for perpendicularity correction,it is not convenient to place the reflecting prism of the total station at the top of the steel column.In order to use the prism free measurement performance of the prism free total station,the coordinates of the top of the steel column are quickly measured,and the measurement data are transmitted to the computer in real time.In the preparation stage before the construction survey,establish a suitable and practical horizontal control network,sort out the central coordinates of the steel column,steel member number,section size,positioning angle and other relevant information,and establish a survey database.After the measurement results are received by the program,the program will automatically find the number of the measured steel column according to the coordinate information of the measurement point,find the relevant information,calculate the relevant information required for the installation and correction of the steel column,such as the center offset of the steel column and the torsional deviation of the steel column,and timely feed back the relevant information to the construction personnel a
