摘 要:基因编辑技术目前在临床医学和生化工业等领域有着广阔的发展前景,受到了大批研究人员的青睐。其中CRISPR/Cas9技术是最为典型的基因编辑技术,这项技术能够实现对特定DNA序列进行较为准确的修饰、切割和编辑。这项技术能够有效医治部分遗传疾病,并且取得了成效。同时,这项技术也可以大幅且持续提高生化工业的产量,为生化工业发展提供新的动力。本文将从CRISPR技术的概述和CRISPR技术的应用等方面进行阐述,以期为模式植物基因编辑研究提供参考。Gene editing technology currently has broad development prospects in the fields of clinical medicine and biochemical industry,and has become the focus of current research.Among them,CRISPR/Cas9 technology is the most typical gene editing technology,which can achieve more accurate modification,cutting and editing of specific DNA sequences.This technology can effectively treat some genetic diseases,and it has achieved results.At the same time,this technology can also significantly and continuously increase the output of the biochemical industry,providing new impetus for the development of the biochemical industry.This article will describe the overview of CRISPR technology and the application of CRISPR technology,in order to provide a reference for model plant gene editing research.
