摘　　要：目的:探讨定点介入注射青藤碱治疗卒中后肩痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3-12月山东省寿光市中医医院收治的卒中后肩痛患者58例为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各29例。对照组予以康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合定点介入注射青藤碱治疗。比较两组患者生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者生理、心理、社会、环境评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者生理、心理、社会、环境评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定点介入注射青藤碱可提高卒中后肩痛患者治疗效果,改善生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fixed-point interventional injection of sinomenine in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods:A total of 58 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain admitted to Shouguang Hospital of TCM from March to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with fixed-point interventional injection of sinomenine on the basis of control group.The quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in physical domain,psychological domain,social domain,and environmental domain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physical domain,psychological domain,social domain,and environmental domain scores increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fixedpoint interventional injection of sinomenine can enhance the treatment effect of patients with post-stroke shoulder pain and improve the quality of life.
