穴位“二指捏法”治疗室上性心动过速患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位“二指捏法”治疗室上性心动过速患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的室上性心动过速患者36例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各18例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位“二指捏法”治疗。比较两组患者症状缓解时间、治疗效果、心肌损伤标志物水平。结果:观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);治疗1 h后,两组患者心肌肌钙蛋白I、N末端脑钠肽前体水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在室上性心动过速心悸患者临床治疗中应用穴位“二指捏法”效果较为突出,可显著缓解患者临床症状,达到较好的治疗效果,有利于缩短患者治疗时间,可改善患者心肌损伤标志物水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint"two-finger pinch method"in the treatment of patients with supraventricular tachycardia.Methods:A total of 36 patients with supraventricular tachycardia admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 18 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with the acupoint"two-finger pinch method"on the basis of control group.Symptom relief time,therapeutic effect and myocardial injury marker levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).After 1 h of treatment,the levels of troponin I and Nterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with supraventricular tachycardia and palpitation,the application of acupoint"two-finger pinch method"has a prominent effect,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,achieve better therapeutic effect,and is conducive to shorten the treatment time and improve the level of myocardial injury markers in patients.
