摘　　要：目的:分析耳穴贴压联合快速康复外科(ERAS)护理对胆石症围术期机体应激反应的影响。方法:选取2020年12月-2022年3月烟台市烟台山医院肝胆外科接受手术的胆石症患者130例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各65例。对照组实施ERAS护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组患者营养状态、心理状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、血糖(BG)水平、神经内分泌激素水平[血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血浆皮质醇(COR)]。结果:术后,对照组HAMA评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);术后,两组患者ACTH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组COR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论:耳穴贴压联合ERAS改善心理状态,可减轻患者应激反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of auricular point sticking combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on perioperative stress response in cholelithiasis.Methods:A total of 130 patients with cholelithiasis who underwent surgery in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Yantai Mountain Hospital from December 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received ERAS nursing.The observation group received auricular point sticking on the basis of control group.Nutritional status,psychological status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],blood glucose(BG)level,and neuroendocrine hormone levels[plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),plasma corticosteroid(COR)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,HAMA score in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00).After surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in ACTH level between the two groups(P>0.05).The COR level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking combined with ERAS can improve psychological state and alleviate stress response in patients.
